Consumer Health Data Policy
Last updated July 24, 2026.
This policy describes how Women's Peptide Research handles consumer health data. It is kept separate from our general Privacy Policyon purpose, as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws require. Where this policy and the Privacy Policy both apply, this one governs consumer health data.
What we treat as consumer health data
We treat the following as consumer health data:
- Your topic or compound interest, linked to your email, when you sign up from a specific compound's page or an interest-tagged form. That interest can imply something about your health, so we treat it as inferred health data.
- The content of messages you send to our chat assistant, which may describe a health interest or condition.
How we collect it
We collect topic-interest data only when you actively submit a form and check the consent box, so we never infer it silently. Chat messages are collected when you choose to type them into the assistant. We do not buy consumer health data, and we do not gather it from other sites or third parties.
How we use it
- To send you the guide or research updates you requested.
- To understand which research topics are most useful so we can improve the content.
- To generate an answer to your chat question (chat text is processed, not stored by us).
Who we share it with
We do not sellconsumer health data, and we will not share it with any third party for that party's own purposes without a separate, specific written authorization from you. We share it only with the providers that operate these features on our behalf: Omnisend (email delivery) for interest-tagged email, andAnthropic (AI processing) for the chat message you send, in each case limited to running the feature you used.
How long we keep it
We keep interest data linked to your email for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. We do not retain your chat messages on our servers after your answer is generated.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Withdraw consent to our collection or use of your consumer health data, at any time.
- Access the consumer health data we hold about you.
- Delete your consumer health data. When you request deletion, we will delete it from our records and direct our service providers to do the same.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@womenspeptideresearch.com. Requests are keyed to your email address, and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will review the appeal and explain the outcome.
No discrimination
We will not deny you the guide or content, or treat you differently, for exercising any of these rights.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above.
